We're dedicated to keeping all our residents safe, healthy and happy. That's why we've created family lounges where you can privately visit with loved ones in specialized rooms that separate inside and outside environments.
Healthe ENTRY™
Our portal utilizes a safe wavelength of ultraviolet light to help eliminate or significantly inactivate harmful pathogens (including those responsible for causing COVID-19) located on those who pass through it. This exciting technology works when its sanitizing light waves bathe exposed surfaces of our residents’, associates’ and guests’ persons, clothing and belongings at our main entrance.
Fresh Outside Air
Our community design ensures that fresh, filtered outside air is provided to every apartment (even if windows are closed).
Electrostatic Disinfection Sprayer
To ensure we’re able to properly disinfect and sanitize all surfaces in our community, Capstone at Royal Palm uses an electrostatic handheld sprayer that disperses charged droplets that adhere the chemicals to any surface for an unrivaled 360 degree coverage. This ensures a faster, safer and more consistent cleaning and disinfecting.
