With summer coming quickly, we’ve put together a list of our top tips to live vibrantly, even when Mother Nature cranks up the heat.

• Stay hydrated! If you’re outside and basking in the sun, it’s important to replenish your fluids, especially if you’re also being active.
• Don’t forget the SPF. UV rays can be vicious even on the cloudiest summer days.
• Consider a sunhat or visor to protect your face and eyes. A little bit of shade goes a long way!
• Take breaks. Especially in the afternoon, brief visits to areas with air conditioning will help you stay cool.
